Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in pastry and bakery management
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate the planning, preparation, production and control of all pastry and bake shop operations
- Ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability
- Lead and manage the culinary team in pastry sections
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor quality and productivity levels
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations
