Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • Must be ServSafe Manager certified
  • Must be TABC certified
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Physical ability to perform prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering

  • Must be TABC certified

Job Duties

  • Active role in development of the menu
  • Be responsible for the overall quality of the food and respond with changes quickly
  • Work at a quick, efficient, and safe pace during your shift
  • Utilize strong verbal and non-verbal communication to communicate standards and expectations to your team
  • Hold high standards for yourself regarding cleanliness and productivity
  • Mentor hourly sous and kitchen team on how to lead and develop skills they will need for their next position
  • Set standards for station cleanliness and organization, the flow of service and communicating during service
