Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- Must be ServSafe Manager certified
- Must be TABC certified
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Physical ability to perform prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Experience with inventory management and ordering

- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and pleasant, approachable nature
- Ability to lead by example with a neat and clean appearance
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team and maintain engagement
- Must be a problem solver and multi-tasker, able to handle pressures of coordinating restaurant operations
- Must possess good communication skills
- Possess a can-do, team-oriented, flexible attitude
- Must be ServSafe Manager certified and uphold ServSafe guidelines
- Must be TABC certified
Job Duties
- Active role in development of the menu
- Be responsible for the overall quality of the food and respond with changes quickly
- Work at a quick, efficient, and safe pace during your shift
- Utilize strong verbal and non-verbal communication to communicate standards and expectations to your team
- Hold high standards for yourself regarding cleanliness and productivity
- Mentor hourly sous and kitchen team on how to lead and develop skills they will need for their next position
- Set standards for station cleanliness and organization, the flow of service and communicating during service
