Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum of 2-3 years kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue
  • demonstrated track record of meeting projected costs
  • technical proficiency in food preparation methods
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to develop and train staff
  • detail-oriented and able to prioritize effectively
  • flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
  • professional appearance and presentation required
  • knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • current Food Handler's card and alcohol service permit if required
  • experience in employee scheduling and nationally recognized sanitation program certification.
