Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen demands
- commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation regulations

- advanced culinary skills and broad knowledge of global cuisines flavor profiles and modern cooking techniques
- proven leadership experience in culinary operations preferably in large scale sports or entertainment venues
- strong team development and motivational capabilities
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- experience managing food cost control inventory and procurement
- knowledge of health safety sanitation and compliance standards
- ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment and adapt to changing event needs
Job Duties
- assist the executive chef in overseeing all culinary operations throughout the arena including suites clubs catering events and player staff dining
- maintain a strong leadership presence during events ensuring all culinary operations run smoothly and to the highest standard
- lead and inspire a large diverse culinary team by setting clear expectations providing regular feedback and cultivating a positive high performance kitchen culture
- participate in recruiting onboarding and mentoring new culinary staff
- facilitate open respectful communication between the executive chef culinary team front of house management and other departments
- demonstrate advanced culinary skills and a broad knowledge of global cuisines flavor profiles and modern cooking techniques
- oversee food production and execution during nba and wnba games concerts and private events adjusting operations based on attendance and client needs
