Job Requirements

  • Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum two years of relevant culinary experience

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in directing culinary operations including food preparation and production
  • Oversee food quality and presentation to ensure high standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including training and scheduling
  • Interact with guests and clients to assess satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Collaborate on menu creation for banquets and special events
  • Implement cost control measures to maintain profitability
