Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least five years chef experience in high-volume kitchens
  • experience with banquet and fine dining culinary operations
  • leadership experience in a culinary team environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations
  • manage and inspire a team of 100 culinary professionals
  • ensure food quality, safety and sanitation standards are met
  • develop menus for banquets and special events in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director
  • monitor guest satisfaction and improve service based on feedback
  • enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • supervise team performance including training, scheduling and evaluations
