Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a high-volume culinary leadership role
  • Proven track record in team management and mentoring
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing ladders or stairs occasionally
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Proficient in POS and computer systems
  • Excellent manual dexterity for operating kitchen equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proven leadership experience in catering, banquets, hotels, or other high-volume culinary environments
  • Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food costing

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a talented culinary team, holding them to high standards of quality, excellence in food preparation, presentation, and consistency
  • Oversee recipe development, tastings, and consistency across large-scale events, ensuring every dish is memorable
  • Manage high-volume production for banquets and catered events, keeping workflows smooth and efficient
  • Manage prep lists, food purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory with precision to keep operations running seamlessly
  • Innovate with recipes that balance modern trends and timeless classics, scalable for large banquets and intimate events alike
  • Partner with sales, events, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to last-minute changes, and find solutions in real time
