- Experience with menu planning and inventory management

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary vision and style
- Manage and lead a team of sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks, ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained and operating at the highest level
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation
- Develop and implement systems for inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment and ensure that all food safety standards are met or exceeded
