Job Requirements

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Multi-unit kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure high food quality and presentation
  • Control food costs through smart ordering, inventory, and waste management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support menu development and innovation with the Corporate Chef
  • Oversee catering and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a creative, high-performance culture
  • Travel to support kitchen efficiency, team training, and new unit openings
