Job Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of sous chef or chef de cuisine experience
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • experience in fine dining or upscale scratch kitchen environment
  • knowledge of menu costing and labor control
  • ability to develop and mentor kitchen staff
  • experience with pasta and pizza production preferred
  • willingness to relocate to Fairhope, Alabama

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in fine dining or upscale scratch kitchen
  • experience with menu costing, recipe development, and labor management
  • proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • knowledge of pasta and pizza production preferred
  • strong financial and operational awareness
  • creative and detail-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • lead kitchen operations during shifts
  • mentor and develop kitchen staff
  • assist in menu development and recipe creation
  • manage food cost and labor controls
  • oversee inventory and supply ordering
  • ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
