Job Duties

  • support daily kitchen operations across all outlets and events
  • lead line execution, prep, and production during service periods
  • ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards
  • train, coach, and supervise culinary team members
  • assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • enforce sanitation, food safety, and health compliance standards
  • step in for the Executive Chef as needed with confidence and command
  • be present in the kitchen, on the line, and with your team
