Job Duties
- support daily kitchen operations across all outlets and events
- lead line execution, prep, and production during service periods
- ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards
- train, coach, and supervise culinary team members
- assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- enforce sanitation, food safety, and health compliance standards
- step in for the Executive Chef as needed with confidence and command
- be present in the kitchen, on the line, and with your team
