Job Requirements

  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional culinary training
  • three years of professional kitchen experience including one year in a leadership role
  • experience managing kitchen staff and fostering a positive team environment
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work under pressure
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe Certification within 12 months
  • AllerTrain Certification within 12 months
