Job Requirements
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional culinary training
- three years of professional kitchen experience including one year in a leadership role
- experience managing kitchen staff and fostering a positive team environment
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work under pressure
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe Certification within 12 months
- AllerTrain Certification within 12 months
