Job Requirements

  • 3+ years sous chef or higher experience
  • Annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
  • Stable tenure with no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
  • High energy hands-on culinary leader
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality and food safety

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Sous Chef or higher
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen with annual sales over $4 million
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced culinary environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Experience in menu planning and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Passion for BBQ and creative culinary approaches an advantage

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation
  • Oversee menu development with emphasis on extraordinary cuisine
  • Manage inventory and control food costs to meet budget targets
