Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and management
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management
  • Monitor food costs and work to minimize waste while maintaining quality
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
  • Step in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Maintain strong communication with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
