Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant upscale or fine-dining kitchen experience
- Demonstrated expertise with premium proteins
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to endure long shifts and demanding work conditions

- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef in upscale or fine-dining establishments
- Strong knowledge of premium proteins and steakhouse cuisine
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of premium protein dishes
- Enforce kitchen hygiene and safety protocols
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop menus and execute specials
- Manage inventory control and minimize food waste
- Step in and run the kitchen independently when needed
