This role is a full-time Culinary Manager position at Topgolf, offering an annual base salary ranging from $63,392 to $77,392 based on experience. The position includes a competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plans, full benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a comprehensive paid time off package. As the Culinary Manager, you will lead a dedicated team by supervising daily kitchen operations, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring that all culinary activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for inventory management, food and labor cost control, and recipe selection and standardization. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to maintain consistent presentation and quality standards. The Culinary Manager also plays a critical role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, operating equipment safely, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in culinary management
  • proven ability to develop a culinary team
  • bachelor's degree or related culinary degree preferred
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb
  • ability to stoop and bend
  • ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods of time

  • plan and cost menus for special events, chef choice menus as directed
  • ensure proper equipment operation, maintenance and cleanliness
  • oversee safety and sanitation in the kitchen
