Established to provide guests with a memorable dining experience, Buffalo Wild Wings has grown into a popular destination for sports enthusiasts and food lovers alike. With a focus on delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service, the company prides itself on maintaining a vibrant, team-oriented culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Employing thousands of staff members across numerous locations, Buffalo Wild Wings offers a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and leadership development.

The Executive Sous Chef role at Buffalo Wild Wings is a pivotal position within the kitchen and overall restaurant operations. As the culinary cornerstone of the location, the Executive Sous Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team in preparing and delivering consistently delicious, high-quality dishes that enhance the overall guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage the day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring that every dish meets the brand’s exacting standards for preparation, quality, and presentation even during high-volume periods. The Executive Sous Chef steps in to oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef, maintaining seamless operations across all food preparation areas.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory and ordering processes to minimize food costs and waste, ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations such as HACCP, and collaborating closely with both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to foster positive communication and operational efficiency. This position demands exceptional culinary expertise, leadership skills, and an ability to mentor and motivate a large kitchen team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and time management capabilities, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and high-functioning kitchen environment.

Buffalo Wild Wings offers competitive salary packages with bonus potential, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a range of employee perks designed to support work-life balance and professional growth. The role promises significant advancement opportunities within a company that invests heavily in training, leadership development, and continuous learning. Employees also benefit from flexible scheduling, shift meal discounts, tuition reimbursement, and various wellness programs. By joining Buffalo Wild Wings as an Executive Sous Chef, professionals gain more than just a job; they become part of a community dedicated to culinary excellence and exceptional guest experiences. This is a chance for motivated culinary leaders to make a substantial impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
