Job Requirements

  • Applicants should have 2+ years as a Sous chef in a full service restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster skill development and teamwork
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and ordering to maintain budget compliance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and execute menu items
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
