Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work experience in culinary environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of general business policies and procedures
- Ability to write simple reports and generate spreadsheets

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two-year culinary degree preferred
- Experience in a culinary environment consistent with club standards
- Familiarity with multiple cuisine levels and kitchen equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Preferred experience in country club culinary operations
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare or supervise kitchen staff in daily food preparation following club recipes and standards
- Assist with monthly inventory, pricing, cost control, requisitioning, and issuing for food production
- Supervise and train employees in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Ensure proper staffing levels for productivity and quality
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Perform ordering, scheduling, menu costing, and recipe building administrative duties
- Work any kitchen stations as needed
- Collaborate with Front of House managers to enhance service standards
- Assist in food procurement, delivery, storage, and issuing
- Expedite food orders during peak hours
- Work with Sous Chefs and Front of House for buffet and banquet presentations
- Inspect mise en place and food presentation for quality assurance
- Report and address member and guest complaints with Executive Chef
- Develop culinary vision and creative concepts with Executive Chef
- Adhere to sanitation and personal hygiene practices
- Attend Food and Beverage meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Chef or management
