In the role of Executive Restaurant Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind our restaurant's success. This leadership position focuses on maximizing profitability, delivering exceptional guest service, fostering team development, and ensuring flawless day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the restaurant's functioning, leading a dedicated team that comprises an Assistant Manager, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze financial statements such as Profit and Loss (P&L) reports to identify areas that present opportunities for increasing profitability. Beyond numbers, you will drive sales growth by cultivating an outstanding guest experience, leveraging effective people management skills, and streamlining operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your leadership will inspire and guide your team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Managing the guest experience will also entail promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure operational excellence is consistently upheld. By investigating guest feedback, you will uncover root causes of potential problems and implement actionable solutions to continuously improve service quality. Community engagement plays an essential part in your role, as you will work to attract new guests and promote the restaurant through local marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the restaurant is staffed with a strong, cohesive team capable of meeting business goals.

Onboarding and training are critical elements of your responsibilities, guiding new hires through orientation and certification. Motivation and recognition programs will be key tools you deploy to maintain high morale and performance levels among your team members. Through constructive coaching and feedback, you will elevate team skills and effectiveness. You will also manage labor costs through effective staffing and scheduling practices, aligning workforce resources with operational demands. Adhering to Burger King4 operational and brand standards is mandatory, and your role involves continuous monitoring of these standards across all restaurant functions. Occasionally, you may assist with duties typically performed by the Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinators to ensure seamless operations. This position requires flexibility with schedules, including weekend and holiday availability, and features bonus opportunities as supplemental pay, reflecting the contribution toward restaurant success.
