  • Experience managing call center operations or performance metrics is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and departmental expense processes is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide executive-level support to the CRO including managing calendar, travel, expenses, and meetings
  • Lead QRT call center oversight with the QRT Supervisor ensuring daily and weekly targets are met
  • Coordinate financial reporting decks and expense details across RevOps functions
  • Manage AI automation workflows for owner and departmental reporting
  • Plan and execute events such as the Sales Summit, Summit Circle incentive trip, and quarterly retreats
  • Partner with leaders across Marketing, Brand Experience, Sales, and Revenue Management to support high-priority initiatives
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and excellence in all communications
