- Familiarity with financial reporting and departmental expense processes is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide executive-level support to the CRO including managing calendar, travel, expenses, and meetings
- Lead QRT call center oversight with the QRT Supervisor ensuring daily and weekly targets are met
- Coordinate financial reporting decks and expense details across RevOps functions
- Manage AI automation workflows for owner and departmental reporting
- Plan and execute events such as the Sales Summit, Summit Circle incentive trip, and quarterly retreats
- Partner with leaders across Marketing, Brand Experience, Sales, and Revenue Management to support high-priority initiatives
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and excellence in all communications
