Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards of pastry and dessert quality
  • coach and mentor the pastry team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • lead guest-facing cooking classes and interactive pastry demonstrations
  • ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • manage inventory and ordering of pastry-related supplies
  • collaborate with other culinary and hospitality departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • develop seasonal and innovative pastry menus aligned with the ranch’s brand and guest preferences
