Since opening in 1928, our legendary Beverly Wilshire property has been the preferred address for celebrities, royalty, and the international elite - and it is easy to see why. Located at the iconic intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive, we put you in the enviable heart of Beverly Hills, with designer shopping, fine dining, and postcard-worthy views at our doorstep.

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for training, developing, and assisting in the recruitment process for the department, creating schedules, controlling labor expenses, budgeting, selecting vendors, and crafting innovative menus. The role requires a detail-oriented leader who is adept at managing the operation of all pastry offerings across multiple outlets and collaborating on marketing, PR, and social media campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury, fast-paced environment where tradition meets trend, privacy blends with lively sophistication, and every detail matters.

Candidates are expected to have prior management experience within a luxury hospitality setting or comparable environment, alongside strong culinary education or equivalent practical experience. A solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, labor management, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting is essential. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, and familiarity with computer and POS systems are also critical for success in this role.

At Four Seasons, you will be part of a cohesive team with global career opportunities, have access to a comprehensive benefits package, and engage in diverse and challenging work that fosters professional growth. We pride ourselves on recognizing excellence and celebrating success within our team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Work authorization for the location is required.
