Job Duties

  • Solicit negotiate and generate contracted revenues from potential clients that meet criteria established in the hotel business plan
  • Employ revenue management techniques to present proposals
  • Prepare and present requests for proposals so that both client and hotel receive good value
  • Prospect for new business using a variety of methods including phone calls outside sales calls attending community functions internet prospecting supplier partnerships trade journals
  • Work with the sales team to convert leads into successful bookings ensuring maximum revenue generation for the hotel
  • Prepare and distribute event orders ensuring all details and terms are clearly defined
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all clients booking meetings and corporate events with food and beverage
