The role of the Executive Kitchen Manager at Coopers Hawk is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the culinary execution within the kitchen. The compensation for this role ranges from $84,000 to $100,000 annually, with an additional 15 percent bonus potential. This salary is determined based on experience, qualifications, skill sets, and the company’s internal pay equity structure. Job Requirements
- A minimum age requirement of 21 years
- Ability to read understand and communicate in English
- 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates financial acumen
- Proficient with relevant kitchen and office software tools
