Job Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of clean eating principles, dietary restrictions, and allergen-friendly cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to sustainability, ingredient integrity, and high standards of kitchen cleanliness
  • ServSafe certification or other relevant food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet health-conscious and allergen-friendly standards
  • Oversee consistent execution of menu items including recipe adherence, portion control, and ingredient quality
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients and manage inventory efficiently
  • Ensure strict compliance with all food safety protocols, kitchen hygiene standards, and health regulations
  • Monitor food and labor costs to stay within budget while maintaining product and service quality
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation, taste, and presentation to ensure consistency with brand standards
