Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary qualification preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in a senior kitchen management role
- proficiency in menu planning and kitchen operations
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- control kitchen costs and inventory
- implement quality control measures
