Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 3 years as salaried manager in full-service, casual dining
Experience in a full-service alcohol serving facility preferred
Knowledge and practice of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Ability to work any shift including holidays
Strong professional communication skills
Capability to work well within a team and develop staff
Calm and efficient under pressure
Problem-solving ability with self-motivation and organization
Commitment to routine work for quality and efficiency
Ability to motivate team members
Experience evaluating job applicants

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience as salaried manager in full-service, casual dining
Experience with full-service alcohol serving facilities desirable
Proven ability to maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
Extensive knowledge of professional cooking and knife handling
Strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Professional communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and mentor junior managers
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Problem-solving skills and self-motivation
Organizational skills and ability to handle routine tasks to ensure quality and efficiency
Ability to motivate employees and evaluate job applicants' qualifications

Job Duties

Provide first-class movie and dining experience for every guest including sights, sounds, food, drink, service, and environment
Exceed guest expectations and resolve all guest issues correctly to ensure return visits
Deliver hospitality to every team member through employee alignment and focused team development
Generate business ideas through in-store operational decisions and culinary innovation
Maintain professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
Monitor kitchen products from delivery through to serving to ensure high quality
Oversee food cost, inventory, and kitchen supplies ordering with General Manager
Perform daily line checks, prep and par level control, regular food audits, and maintain safe, sanitary operations
Encourage and accept feedback on food quality, focusing on resolution and improvement
Stay updated on food trends and implement improvements for Moviehouse & Eatery offerings
Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of kitchen staff
Focus on team member development and cross-training for operational efficiency and career growth
Control scheduling, staffing levels, and shift preparedness considering business fluctuations
Serve as communication liaison between front of house and kitchen management teams
