Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use computers and office equipment
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and comply with OSHA standards

- Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to create a welcoming experience
- Work together with team members to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all hotel groups and events as needed
- Use relevant technology and answer phone calls with friendly service
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized both front and back of house
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as a team effort
- Greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists with 100% accuracy each shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a willing and flexible attitude to exceed conventional role duties
- Conduct daily stand-ups with the housekeeping team
- Assign daily room schedules and confirm cleanliness and availability
- Resolve discrepancies in room status reports
- Organize and maintain storage and housekeeping areas
- Submit maintenance work orders following procedures
- Order and maintain housekeeping and laundry supplies
- Conduct monthly and quarterly inventory assessments
- Manage lost and found according to standards
- Assign supervisor duties and verify completion
- Ensure chemical safety compliance per OSHA standards
- Oversee daily housekeeping department opening, inspection, and closing activities
