Among its diverse operations, Delaware North manages Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, a prestigious 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park in Fish Camp, California. This stunning resort is nestled amidst beautiful trees and granite peaks, offering guests unparalleled access to nature and an array of outdoor experiences. At Tenaya Lodge, the team is devoted to creating an authentic hospitality experience inspired by the outdoors in one of California's most iconic destinations.

The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department to ensure that every guest area, accommodation, and facility is impeccably clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. This role involves managing a housekeeping team by recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Executive Housekeeper will maintain inventory control, manage expenses and payroll, and ensure all housekeeping reports and projects are completed accurately and on time. This position demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 annually, with additional compensation opportunities through an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Delaware North also supports employee growth by offering relocation assistance and temporary housing for those relocating to the Fish Camp area. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with up to 4% company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, tuition and professional certification reimbursement, and generous friends-and-family discounts at many of their hotels and resorts.

Joining the team at Tenaya Lodge means becoming part of a globally recognized company with a rich heritage and a commitment to employee development and inclusivity.
