The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department to ensure that every guest area, accommodation, and facility is impeccably clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. This role involves managing a housekeeping team by recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Executive Housekeeper will maintain inventory control, manage expenses and payroll, and ensure all housekeeping reports and projects are completed accurately and on time. This position demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 annually, with additional compensation opportunities through an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
