The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge is a fast-paced, dynamic leadership position pivotal in maintaining the resort’s high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest readiness throughout the property. Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeepers including hiring training scheduling and performance management and evaluation
  • maintain an inventory of supplies order and distribute supplies and equipment
  • ensure that all reports orders and projects are completed
  • monitor and control expenses and payroll while ensuring proper resources are in place
  • conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
  • ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property
