Job Description

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is a leading global hospitality and food service company with a rich legacy spanning over 100 years. As a family-owned enterprise, Delaware North operates in iconic locations including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and resorts, delivering exceptional guest experiences across various sectors such as restaurants, hotels, gaming, retail, and operations. The company is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity and provides career growth opportunities for all team members. Their focus on creating great times in great places is evident in their dedication to employee development, competitive benefits, and a supportive workplace culture.

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, located in Fish Camp, California, is a prestigious 4-diamond resort just outside the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. Surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of granite peaks and towering trees, the resort offers guests a variety of outdoor experiences and luxurious accommodations. The property also includes Waybound, a collection of modern cabins and cottages that provide guests with a more private and intimate retreat experience while still enjoying access to the resort's extensive amenities. Tenaya Lodge emphasizes a hospitality experience shaped by the great outdoors, merging comfort and nature to create memorable stays for visitors.

The role of Executive Housekeeper at Tenaya Lodge represents a vital leadership position within the resort's operations. This full-time role commands an anticipated salary range between $70,304 and $88,400 per year, complemented by an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading the housekeeping team to maintain the entire resort in a clean, sanitized, and guest-ready condition. This includes overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and conducting inspections to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Additionally, the role requires maintaining inventory, controlling expenses, managing payroll, and ensuring that operational reports and projects are completed effectively. This opportunity provides dynamic, fast-paced daily work alongside significant potential for career advancement. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are also offered to support new team members transitioning to the role.

This position demands excellent leadership skills, a thorough understanding of cleaning systems and safety protocols, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hospitality environment. The Executive Housekeeper will directly contribute to delivering a premium guest experience, ensuring that Tenaya Lodge maintains its reputation as a top-tier destination. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about hospitality management and operational excellence, this role offers an exciting pathway to grow your career within a respected global company that values its employees and celebrates diversity and inclusion.
