Job Requirements

  • Experience at the executive housekeeper or head housekeeper level
  • proven track record in private households, luxury hotels, or yachts
  • excellent organizational skills
  • high attention to detail
  • knowledge or ability to learn modern household systems and technology
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • availability to work primarily Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekends and events
  • ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain discretion and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of two housekeepers with potential to grow
  • oversee all aspects of housekeeping, laundry, wardrobes, linens, and inventories
  • ensure exceptional standards of detail and service
  • manage multiple table settings, china, silver, and glassware for varied entertaining
  • maintain schedules, checklists, and systems for smooth daily operations
  • collaborate closely with the Estate Manager to anticipate needs, create structure, and uphold best practices
  • balance service and discretion: warm, professional, and proactive without over-familiarity
