Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive housekeeping or related hotel experience
- 2-year college degree and 3+ years of related experience
- 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- Supervisory or management experience required
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage financial data

Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure Avion standards are met in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members, providing coaching, counseling, and performance appraisals in line with Avion S.O.P.s
- Conduct daily staff meetings and weekly walkthroughs with the General Manager and Property Engineer to review standards and address needs
- Foster a culture of service excellence, engagement, and accountability
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces daily, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain key control, Lost & Found, and safety procedures, including compliance with MSDS sheets and emergency protocols
- Prepare weekly employee schedules and wage progress reports based on forecasts and budget guidelines
