Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience in hotel housekeeping
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and departmental operations
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

- Experience managing budgets, labor, and departmental operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Job Duties
- Lead, manage, and oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff to meet high service and performance standards
- Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and scheduling to ensure optimal departmental efficiency
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to maintain brand standards and cleanliness excellence
- Manage departmental budget, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management regarding room status, priorities, and special guest requests
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Address guest concerns regarding housekeeping promptly, professionally, and effectively
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices for the department
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Report departmental performance, challenges, and successes to hotel leadership
