Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within households
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of luxury cleaning techniques and products
- Tech-savvy with MacOS, Microsoft Office, and smart home platforms
- Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and service-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- preferred flexibility for occasional extended hours

Job Duties
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the residence
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and pressing clothes
- Assist with light meal preparation or coordinate with chefs
- Lead and train junior housekeepers and vendors to ensure seamless service
- Liaise with service providers, oversee household supplies, and manage deliveries
- Operate and troubleshoot home automation, security, and entertainment systems
- Maintain household manuals, cleaning schedules, and inventory logs
