Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping leadership in a hotel or resort with 100+ rooms
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health, safety, and cleaning regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the job
- Background check and drug test clearance
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Compliance with smoke and tobacco-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience overseeing housekeeping in a resort or hotel (100+ rooms)
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to represent the organization with professionalism and confidence
- Clear and effective communicator who practices active listening and ensures understanding at all levels

Job Duties
- Oversee all housekeeping operations to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across the resort
- Manage daily room assignments, inspections, schedules, and ensure all rooms are ready for guest and owner stays
- Lead, train, and develop supervisors and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Ensure all cleaning procedures meet brand, health, and safety standards

- Manage inventories, staffing levels, and departmental budgets to support efficiency and cost control
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Operations on maintenance needs, deep cleans, and special projects
- Address guest and owner concerns promptly with effective service recovery
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, safety training, and corrective actions
- Monitor cleanliness scores, QA metrics, and reviews
