Job Duties

  • Oversee housekeeping team by conducting daily stand-ups and reviewing objectives
  • schedule management including room assignments and status tracking in Property Management System
  • prepare accurate status reports and resolve discrepancies
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of storage rooms and laundry facilities
  • monitor and submit maintenance requests to Engineering
  • manage housekeeping supplies through monthly and quarterly ordering
  • conduct housekeeping inventory regularly
  • maintain lost and found procedures per standards
  • assign supervisor duties and verify quality completion
  • ensure chemical safety compliance according to OSHA
  • complete daily housekeeping department objectives including opening, closing and inspecting rooms
