We are currently seeking a qualified Executive Housekeeper at THesis Hotel Miami. The Executive Housekeeper will play a pivotal role in managing the housekeeping department by overseeing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. This position demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate housekeeping activities including scheduling, inspections, inventory control, and revenue forecasting. The role also requires collaboration with other departments and strict adherence to OSHA and ADA policies, promoting a safe and accessible environment for both guests and staff.
