Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in hotel management
- At least 5 years in a General Manager role
- Proven success in managing luxury or upscale hotels
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as required to oversee property operations

Job Duties
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel ensuring seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly
- Lead manage and motivate the hotel’s management team and staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage the hotel’s budget P&L and financial performance implementing cost control measures effectively
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue
- Maintain the physical condition and aesthetic appeal of the hotel property
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations including health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests local businesses and the community
- Represent the hotel at industry events and community functions
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to uphold brand standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff
