The role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional resident experience, maintaining high occupancy levels across all care levels, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring financial sustainability. The Executive Director will lead a proficient management team and uphold top-tier care standards for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, necessitating an RCFE License (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) with SNF and CCRC experience.
