The role available is for an Executive Director of Product, Growth & Monetization, a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across multiple Disney brands globally. This role focuses on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization, steering the end-to-end product lifecycle within a fast-paced and evolving marketplace. Positioned at the intersection of entertainment and technology, this executive leader must balance creating significant customer value with driving sustainable revenue growth.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven experience delivering growth in subscriptions or consumer platforms
- Expertise in customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Technical aptitude for system design
- Ability to lead and mentor teams
- Experience in entertainment or media preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership managing PM teams
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record in growth and monetization impact
- Deep expertise in acquisition, plan tiering, upsell, retention, and monetization
- Strong growth mindset with goal setting and adaptation skills
- Technical aptitude partnering with engineering and data teams
- Experience with ROI, financial tradeoffs, and value decisions
- Entertainment or media industry experience preferred
- Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading cross-functional alignment
