Job Duties
- lead the Board of Maritime Pilots as the principal executive officer
- serve as the main liaison between the Board and stakeholders including state-licensed pilots and regulatory agencies
- advise the Board on strategic goals and policy implementation
- oversee budget management and financial operations
- ensure compliance with safety and maritime regulations
- engage with public and legislative entities to represent the Board
- promote a culture of equity and inclusion within the organization
