Job Requirements

  • State required licensing and certification if applicable
  • experience working with seniors
  • excellent customer service and public relations skills
  • experience in successfully operating and maintaining a customer-focused environment in a senior living facility
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • meets all current state regulations for licensed assisted living communities
  • demonstrated integrity and leadership skills
  • sincere passion for working with senior population
  • physically able to bend and reach
  • physically able to push, pull, and lift up to 40-50 pounds
  • physically able to stand for extended periods
  • able to spend at least 30 percent of time traveling to referral sources in market area

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the community
  • ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
  • lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational goals
  • manage budget, financial performance, and expense control
  • drive occupancy through sales support and community outreach
  • foster a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and excellence
  • maintain high standards for resident care, services, and engagement
  • partner with families to ensure exceptional customer experience
