Job Requirements
- State required licensing and certification if applicable
- experience working with seniors
- excellent customer service and public relations skills
- experience in successfully operating and maintaining a customer-focused environment in a senior living facility
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- meets all current state regulations for licensed assisted living communities
- demonstrated integrity and leadership skills
- sincere passion for working with senior population
- physically able to bend and reach
- physically able to push, pull, and lift up to 40-50 pounds
- physically able to stand for extended periods
- able to spend at least 30 percent of time traveling to referral sources in market area

Job Duties
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the community
- ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
- lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational goals
- manage budget, financial performance, and expense control
- drive occupancy through sales support and community outreach
- foster a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and excellence
- maintain high standards for resident care, services, and engagement
- partner with families to ensure exceptional customer experience
