Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred for Executive Director)
  • Relevant leadership experience in senior living for respective roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven sales success and networking abilities (Sales and Marketing)
  • Knowledge of senior dietary needs a plus (Food and Beverage Director)
  • Culinary expertise and leadership (Culinary Director/Executive Chef)
  • Commitment to resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to foster teamwork and community engagement
  • Experience in managing operations and financial performance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred for Executive Director)
  • 5+ years in senior living leadership (Executive Director)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Director of Sales and Marketing)
  • 3+ years of sales experience in senior living (Director of Sales and Marketing)
  • Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (Food and Beverage Director)
  • 3+ years in food and beverage management
  • Culinary degree or equivalent (Culinary Director/Executive Chef)
  • 5+ years culinary experience, 2+ in leadership
  • Senior living experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead operations, staff, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance and financial success
  • Drive occupancy through sales strategies and community outreach
  • Oversee dining operations and elevate resident dining experiences
  • Create nutritious, appealing menus and manage kitchen operations
  • Lead clinical care and wellness programs
  • Plan engaging resident activities
  • Manage facility safety and upkeep
