As an industry innovator, Topgolf combines cutting-edge technology with a passion for hospitality to ensure every visitor has a memorable and engaging experience. The venue operations team plays a critical role in maintaining the company’s high standards for guest satisfaction through efficient management and outstanding service delivery.

The Executive Culinary Manager (ECM) position at Topgolf Monona is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the culinary excellence and operational success of the kitchen team. The Executive Culinary Manager also plays a strategic role in menu development, recipe standardization, cost control, and special event planning. A deep understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and budget management is crucial to ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality.

This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining poise and attention to detail under pressure. Physical demands include the capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperature conditions often found in a high-volume kitchen. The ECM is a pivotal communicator who collaborates with venue management, home office leadership, and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished culinary professional to lead a dynamic team in an exciting entertainment venue, contributing to the brand’s mission to provide outstanding culinary experiences alongside top-tier entertainment.
