The Executive Culinary Manager (ECM) role at Topgolf Chattanooga in Tennessee is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operations within the venue. This full-time position requires a seasoned culinary professional to lead the kitchen team in providing outstanding food quality and exceptional guest culinary experiences. The ECM supervises, trains, and motivates the culinary staff, ensuring that each dish meets the brand’s high standards of taste, presentation, and safety. Managing the kitchen's daily operations also includes scheduling labor efficiently, inventory management, product ordering, and maintaining vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in culinary management, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and operational expertise. This role demands someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing creativity with cost control by managing food and labor costs aligned with budget goals. The ECM is also responsible for recipe development, standardizing production methods, and maintaining equipment, safety, and sanitation protocols. Through close collaboration with upper management and Home Office Leadership, the Executive Culinary Manager plays an essential role in driving the venue’s success by ensuring the culinary offerings continually delight guests and support the brand’s reputation. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in culinary management
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb
  • ability to stoop and bend
  • ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years in culinary management
  • proven ability to develop a culinary team
  • culinary degree is a plus
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • leadership and team management experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences
  • coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement
  • delegate tasks and work with your team

  • monitor inventory and purchase product
  • maintain food and labor costs according to budget, with a full understanding of COGS
