Adaptability is key, as you will navigate last-minute operational changes while maintaining a positive and focused approach.

This position requires a hands-on leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills who is comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure. Your culinary expertise, combined with your leadership capabilities, will ensure our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience throughout their journey. The role also includes working onboard the ship 7 days a week during active duty periods, with essential functions requiring physical stamina to handle the unique challenges of a marine environment such as ship motion and confined spaces.

Our compensation package is competitive and includes a daily rate, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Expenses related to travel, room and board, uniforms, and training are fully covered by American Cruise Lines, providing a supportive and rewarding work environment. This full-time, exempt position offers culinary leaders an exciting opportunity to travel the country while delivering exceptional dining experiences on America's waterways.
