The Executive Concierge Travel Advisor role at Rich's is tailored for an experienced professional who provides bespoke, high-touch travel and lifestyle services to a prestigious portfolio of high-profile executives and VIP clients. The position demands a dedication to delivering seamless and exceptional travel experiences while maintaining utmost discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. As part of this role, the advisor acts as the primary luxury travel consultant responsible for managing sophisticated and personalized domestic and international travel arrangements. These include but are not limited to first and business class air travel, luxury hotel and resort bookings, private transfers, exclusive dining reservations, entertainment, and curated luxury experiences.

This position entails overseeing the entire travel reservation process from booking and ticketing to exchanges, modifications, and quality assurance, ensuring an exceptional client experience is consistently delivered. The successful candidate will harness deep industry knowledge across global luxury destinations and premium travel products and deliver insightful and customized travel recommendations based on clients’ preferences and lifestyle. The role also requires proactive communication skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships, anticipate client needs, and manage complex travel challenges with creativity and discretion. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is necessary to meet the bespoke needs of an elite clientele.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in luxury travel advisory roles
  • Proven expertise using Sabre Global Distribution System
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and fare structures
  • High level of discretion handling sensitive traveler information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced service environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent professional experience in a high-end travel agency environment managing domestic and international travel
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sabre GDS experience
  • Extensive firsthand knowledge of destinations, five-star hotels, cruise lines, and premium travel products
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international fare structures and ticketing regulations
  • Established relationships with suppliers, cruise lines, and tour operators strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat high-touch travel business
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple high-touch priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in travel technology platforms, booking systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary luxury travel advisor and concierge for executive and VIP clientele
  • Design and manage sophisticated domestic and international itineraries including first and business class air, hotels and resorts, private transfers, dining reservations, entertainment, and exclusive experiences
  • Oversee the complete reservation lifecycle including booking, ticketing, exchanges, modifications, quality assurance, and fulfillment
  • Provide strategic, consultative guidance and insider recommendations tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and travel profile
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive traveler and corporate information
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships through proactive communication, anticipation of needs, and personalized service
  • Resolve complex travel challenges with creativity, urgency, and discretion
