The Executive Concierge at Bozzuto plays a crucial role in shaping the resident experience by combining exceptional service skills with leadership responsibilities. In addition to direct resident engagement, the Executive Concierge leads team efforts in training, coaching, and mentoring while overseeing day-to-day community operations, including organizing front desk activities, managing packages, and coordinating community events. Acting as a community ambassador, this role engages residents through social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to build brand loyalty and encourage positive feedback and reviews. The role often requires flexibility to work evenings or weekends depending on shift schedules.

Bozzuto offers a competitive salary range for the Executive Concierge position between $55,000 and $58,000, supplemented by bonus opportunities. Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel settings
