Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel settings
strong communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in social media content creation and engagement
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physical ability to handle lifting packages up to 25 pounds
professional demeanor and appearance

Job Qualifications

2+ years experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments
proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
excellent written and verbal communication skills
sharp professional appearance
competence with software, apps, and computer programs
strong attention to detail and customer anticipation skills
customer-focused mentality
ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

Leading by example and embodying company core values
coaching, mentoring and training resident services team members
solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects
planning and executing resident events and activities
building brand loyalty and achieving resident retention
managing social media presence and encouraging online reviews
organizing front desk operations including package handling and room reservations
working flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
